Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using One Minute Clipboard ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and daxaa, s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our").

One Minute Clipboard is a temporary online clipboard that allows users to send text from one device to another using a short code.

The Service may allow users to:

• create a temporary text entry,
• receive a short code for retrieval,
• optionally protect the entry with a password,
• retrieve the text on another device,
• use the Service without registration or account creation.

Clipboard entries are intended for short-term transfer only and are designed to expire automatically after approximately 60 seconds.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

You must not use the Service to:

• share unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content,
• transmit malware, malicious code, or harmful scripts,
• attempt unauthorised access to the Service or other users' content,
• interfere with the Service, overload it, or attempt automated abuse,
• share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

You are solely responsible for the text you submit, store, or retrieve through the Service.

Access to a clipboard entry is controlled by the generated code and, if set by you, the optional password.

You are responsible for keeping the code and any password secure. Anyone who has the correct code, and password if required, may be able to access the associated content.

We are not responsible for access caused by your sharing, losing, or exposing a code or password.

One Minute Clipboard is designed for short-lived text transfer only. It is not intended for permanent storage, backup, archiving, or guaranteed retention.

Clipboard content may expire automatically after around 60 seconds and may become unavailable without notice after that period.

You are responsible for saving any content you wish to keep before it expires.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service, including its branding, design, software, and original content created by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to the text content you submit. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, and temporarily store that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, business, profits, or opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss caused by expiration of clipboard entries, unauthorised access resulting from shared codes or passwords, service interruptions, or technical failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless daxaa, s.r.o. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data related to the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Slovak Republic, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
